Rest for two days

Elevate the shoulders with the pillows
Slings are used to keep an injured shoulder in place. The doctors would recommend non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSA-IDs) such as aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen or an injection of corticosteroid drugs to reduce pain and swelling. When tears are severe, surgery is recommended.

Hemi-arthroplasty for fractures. The arm bone or the ball in the shoulder is replaced.
